Effective Date: 10/22/26
Thank you for visiting D-E-V.com, a trade name of White Wolf Technology LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use d-e-v.com and its forms, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights and choices you have. It applies to d-e-v.com.
Information We Collect
1.1 Information you give us. When you use a contact, project-intake or booking-request form, we collect what you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, project details and preferred dates. Form submissions are stored on our servers and emailed to our team.
1.2 Information collected automatically when you visit. Our own servers record each page you view. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, screen size, the page address, the referring page, the time of the visit and, if you are logged in, your account number. We remove passwords, login links and other secret tokens from page addresses before storing them. This on-site visit recording uses a first-party cookie (named _pk_id…, 13 months) to recognize returning browsers and a 30-minute session cookie (_pk_ses…) to group the pages of one visit. If you arrive from another site or a campaign link, a third cookie (_pk_ref…, 6 months) remembers that referring address. It runs for all visitors and is not controlled by the cookie banner.
1.3 Cookies and similar technologies.

Videos are embedded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may store data on your device when you play a video.
1.4 Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google receives your IP address and usage data in the United States, including the pages you view, how you arrived, any words you type into the site's search box, and when you start or submit a form (but not what you type into the form). We have turned off Google Signals and advertising features. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland or Israel, Google Analytics does not set cookies unless you accept it in our cookie banner. Until you accept, your browser still sends Google limited signals without cookies (for example, that a page was viewed and that consent was not given), which Google uses only to estimate traffic in aggregate. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Elsewhere you can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Use of Information
2.1 We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve our products and services.
- To personalize your experience and tailor content to your preferences.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other illegal activities.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, employees, or the public.
2.2 Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and similar jurisdictions). We process your information:
(a) to answer your form request and take steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
(b) for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our website and understanding its audience: server and visit logs and our own visit statistics (Art. 6(1)(f));
(c) with your consent, for Google Analytics where our banner asks for it (Art. 6(1)(a));
(d) to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Sharing of Information
3.1 We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:
- With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing services to you. Our service providers currently include: Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, which delivers emails generated by our forms; United States), Google LLC (Google Analytics; YouTube embeds; United States), and our email provider, which receives the form notifications. Our website and its databases run on servers we operate ourselves. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- With legal authorities, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement agencies if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your information may be transferred to the acquiring party.
- With your consent or at your direction.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above:
- On-site visit records (§1.2): 12 months, then deleted.
- Server and security logs (IP address, request, time): up to 400 days, for security and abuse investigation.
- Form submissions and the related emails: until we delete them. We do not currently delete them on a fixed schedule; you can ask us to delete yours at any time (see "Your rights").
- Google Analytics: 14 months (our Google setting).
Data Security
4.1 We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.1 We respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, please contact us at contact@d-e-v.com with the following information:

- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
5.2 Copyright Compliance: We strive to ensure that all content published on our website is either owned by us, licensed to us, used with permission, or in the public domain. Your Rights and Choices
All visitors. You can ask us at contact@d-e-v.com to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. We will answer within 30 days. To find your visit records, we may need the IP address you used or the value of your _pk_id cookie.
EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland. You also have the rights to restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (for Google Analytics, use "Cookie settings"). You have the right to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, including our own visit statistics. Email contact@d-e-v.com with the subject "Objection", and we will stop processing your information for that purpose unless we have compelling legitimate grounds, or need it for legal claims. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Israel. You have the right to review your information held in our database and to request its correction or deletion under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. Providing information through our forms is voluntary, and there is no legal obligation to provide it.
California and other US states. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where a state privacy law applies to us, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information at contact@d-e-v.com, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Do Not Track. Our site does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. In the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland and Israel, Google Analytics sets no cookies unless you accept it.
International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our servers and service providers are in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not have the same data-protection laws as your country. We rely on the safeguards our providers offer for such transfers (for Google and AWS, their data processing terms and standard contractual clauses).
Children's Privacy
6.1 Our website and services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, please contact us, and we will promptly delete the information.
